Each pair of lashes are made with love and free from any materials that would make it less enjoyable for you to wear.

We will process your order during the day and once your order is picked, packed and posted you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details if that is the postage option you selected when checking out.

When ordering from Charm Beauty Lashes outside of Australia, you may be held responsible for import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we'll organise either a replacement or a full refund.
We will require photographic proof with written details of the faulty/defective items to be provided to us at email@example.com for us to inspect and process your replacement or refund.
Faulty goods must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Following this period of time we will not process your request.
