“Are your lashes cruelty free?”
All Charm Beauty Lashes are handmade and cruelty-free. Lashes in our Luxury Mink Lash Collection are made from mink hairs that are ethically sourced, collected after brushing or shedding, then cleaned and sanitised in preparation to be sewn onto the cotton band.

“When will my order be shipped?”

“Can I pickup my order from your shop in Subiaco?”
Yes! You are welcome to place your order online and collect it from our shop to get your item quicker. Our shop is based in Subiaco WA. During the checkout process, you will need to select the ‘Free – Pickup Order from Shop’ shipping option. Email us, Facebook message or text message us to let us know when you will be coming in.
“How do I know if my order has been shipped?”
We will process your order during the day and once your order is picked, packed and posted you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details (if any). Please allow at least 12-24 hours for your item to show on the Australia Post tracking website.
“Do you have a makeup artist or bulk discount available?”
Yes! If you buy more than 10 pairs of lashes from our Pro MUA Lash Collection, make sure you use our code “PRO” at checkout to receive 30% off. You can mix and match any of the lash styles.
“Will I need to pay import taxes and duties?”
When ordering from Charm Beauty Lashes outside of Australia, you may be held responsible for import fees and should comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom policies vary widely between countries. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.
“What if my order is damaged or faulty?”
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we'll organise either a replacement or a full refund.
We will require photographic proof with written details of the faulty/defective items to be provided to us at email@example.com for us to inspect and process your replacement or refund. Please allow 14 days for us to process your replacement or refund.
Faulty goods must reported within 30 days of purchase. Following this period of time we will not process your request.
