Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get in touch with us if you are not happy with your order. We will refund you the entire purchase price less any shipping/delivery fees to return the product to us in its original packaging, no questions asked. Please include your full name and order number in the email.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and we'll organise either a replacement or a full refund.
We will require photographic proof with written details of the faulty/defective items to be provided to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to inspect and process your replacement or refund. Please allow 14 days for us to process your replacement or refund.
Faulty goods must reported within 30 days of purchase. Following this period of time we will not process your request.
